Yuantong Student Dormitory

Located in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, Yuantong Student Dormitory offers a quiet environment with exceptional convenience. We provide students with a comfortable and safe living space, featuring comprehensive hardware facilities and 24-hour access control.

Basic Information

• Address: No. 26-38, Gongzhuan Rd., Zhonghe Dist., New Taipei City (Opposite NTUST Huaxia Campus).
• Safety & Security: 24-hour on-site security guard and key card access control for all residents.
• Daily Convenience: A Hi-Life convenience store and PX Mart (supermarket) are located right downstairs, making daily shopping and dining incredibly easy.

Room Types & Facilities

• Room Design: All rooms are 4-person suites (including a private bathroom in each room).
• Public Facilities: Water dispensers, communal refrigerators, microwaves, and coin-operated laundry/drying machines are available in common areas.

Accommodation Fees (TWD)

• Semester Fee: $19,000 (General students receive $5,000 per semester, Semester Fee $14,000)
• Summer Session: $7,600
• Deposit: $3,800

Transportation

The dormitory is located near Nanshijiao Station (Orange Line / Zhonghe-Xinlu Line). Students can travel to/from campus via:

• A. On Foot (approx. 15 mins): View Route Map
• B. By U-bike (approx. 5 mins): Rent a U-bike at Nanshijiao Station Exit 4. The route is the same as the walking path.
• C. Shuttle Bus (approx. 5 mins): Take the "Yuantong Shuttle Bus" at Nanshijiao Station Exit 2 (runs every 20 minutes).
